We may change pricing or product descriptions after order confirmation due to errors, market conditions, or product unavailability.

Orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but that does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit quantities or prohibit sales. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax, or insurance. We are not liable for modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Billing & Account Information

10. Termination & Class Action Waiver

If we suspect you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. The obligations incurred before termination shall survive.

Class Action Waiver: You and Advantus, Corp agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class representative. Claims may not be consolidated without both parties’ agreement. The court may award declaratory relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief.

11. Governing Law, Severability & Entire Agreement

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, leaving the remainder in full force.

Our failure to exercise any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior communications or proposals.

12. Compliance With Law & Resale Sales
